Weekend orders may be delivered as early as 3:00 PM on Fridays. Weekday orders can be delivered after 3:00 PM the day before the event. Choose your delivery time-frame preference. Choose at least 2-time frames for your delivery.

Down Payment*

If your order delivery date is 7 days or more away, you may make a down payment to reserve your rentals. Orders require at least a 50% down payment. The balance of your order is due at least 3 days prior to delivery.

Cancellation Policy*

Should the reservation require cancellation due to inclement weather, you may reschedule your event at no additional cost. However, Luxe Seat Rentals LLC does not provide a refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to scheduled date will receive a 50% refund on amounts paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days will receive no refund. All changes must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Deductions from an order will not be refunded. Additions to an order are permitted based on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
